الملخص

AbstractThis study seeks To know the relationship between the independent variable represented by the organizational identity gap Its dimensions are (current organizational identity, ideal organizational identity), With the dependent variable of Counterproductive Workers Behavior, and its four dimensions (Counterproductive behavior towards property, Counterproductive behavior towards production, Counterproductive political behavior, and aggressive behavior), This study was conducted on a sample of the staff of the Directorate General of Education in Najaf Governorate, in view of the large and effective role played by this Directorate in the education movement in the province in particular and the country as a whole in general. The problem of the study is the appearance of the reverse work of a group of workers due to the weakness of their identity with their organization, which needs to be addressed. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a model consisting of two variables was drawn up, and a hypothesis was derived from which the relationship between the variables was determined. The researcher used the questionnaire form as the main tool for collecting data related to the sample of the study. The study population reached 700 workers. 270 samples were distributed on the sample of the study, 250 were received for statistical analysis. The non-retrieved forms are (20). The hypothesis was tested using the appropriate statistical tools through the use of SMART PLS and SPSS V.20. The results showed the validity of the hypothesis and based on this, a set of conclusions and recommendations were drawn up by the researcher. Recommends that the organizational identity gap be reduced by transforming the current identity of the Directorate General of Najaf Education into an ideal identity that meets the workers' aspirations, which is to reduce the employee's adverse behavior.Key terms: Organizational Identity Gap, Counterproductive Workers Behavior, Directorate General of Education in Najaf Governorate Ashraf.
