الملخص

Abstract:-The most important characteristics of Islamic civilization are posting the sciences and knowledge, building the libraries and scientific schools, translating another sciences and hosting scholars and writers throughout the ages.When the Abbasid era came in (132 AH / 750 AD), Baghdad became the capital of the Islamic world, Attention was directed to spreading knowledge and translating medicine and stars books, engineering and logic, and drawing books on hadith and history. That is why Al-Mansur (d. 158 AH) devoted a treasury to translators and other rare manuscripts. In the era of Harun al-Rashid (d. 193 AH), the House of Wisdom was established to be a public library open to scholars and students of science. It is a major cultural institution that developed in the Mamoun era (d. 218 AH) until it became a scientific institution for study, research, writing, and translation. It was supplied with various types of books from India, Persia, and the Romans. Books of wisdom, astronomy, and philosophy were translated from Persia, which appeared to be Ibn Al-Muqafa, while Hanin bin Ishaq was among the most prominent doctors and translators in Greek, Syriac, and Persian languages, and Muhammad bin Musa Al-Khwarizmi excelled. Muhammad bin Musa al-Khwarizmi excelled, and he excelled in mathematics and invented mathematical thought, and was attended by a group of scholars, thinkers and physicians, so he bestowed on them the tender, as was devoted to them a place for copyists.
