Abstract:-The current research aims to identify (the difficulties faced by students of the history department in the application of electronic learning platforms) and in order to achieve the goal of the research, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, a research approach, and the researcher identified Karbala University and Al-Muthanna University as a community for the study. Looking at the previous literature, the research tool was prepared consisting of (26) paragraphs, which were applied to the research sample. In light of the research results, the researcher reached a number of results, the most important of which are the following:Students in the Department of History in the Colleges of Education for Human Sciences / Universities of Karbala and Muthanna face difficulties in applying electronic learning platforms, with an arithmetic mean (3.236) and a standard deviation (1.362), with a difficulty rate of (64.72%). Related to infrastructure and technical support, the arithmetic mean was (3,295) and the standard deviation was (1.350) and the difficulty rate was (65.9%), the difficulties related to students, the arithmetic mean was (3.173) and the standard deviation was (1.374), and the difficulty rate was (63.46%)).Key words: platforms, E-Learning, difficulties, The difficulties that students face.
